Fees, coverage & policies
How much does therapy cost?
Fees depend on the service type and length, and sessions are not covered by OHIP. A limited number of reduced-rate and pro-bono sessions are available. Payment is at the end of each session by cash, cheque or credit card (teletherapy requires a credit card).
Can you bill my insurance directly?
Direct billing is available for Green Shield, Blue Cross, SSQ and select Telus portal insurers. Many other workplace, school and family extended health plans reimburse psychological services — check your plan for coverage details.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed for therapy. WSIB, MVA and some assessment referrals come through physicians, case managers or legal representatives — the intake team can walk you through it.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours notice to avoid a fee for missed sessions.
